This dual approach indicates, on a second reading, and its semantic starting point. In general, the architectural approach is not tempted by the idea of imitation as from the very beginning aimed at challenging the notion of dialectical contemporary, bypassing the traditional and ephemeral.

The design of the resort is inspired by the local architectural heritage, drawing inspiration from the drystone walls and traditional Cycladic dovecotes. The modules of the rooms, situated along multiple successive levels, resemble the organic shapes of these traditional structures.
